Outlook puts ' in the address names - how to stop this

Hi,

When I reply to an email, the to address is sent like this

For example Joe Smith is sent as 'Joe Smith' with single quotation mark
around.

Is there a way to disable that and just send as Joe Smith without quotation
mark
