Outlook PWA Add-in problem

Hi,
Wondering if anyone may be able to offer a moment of advise.

Our customer uses Project Server and Outlook PWA Add-in to sync assignments.

Our PWA is on the address : http://project.xxxxxxx.com/PWA (not HTTPS) and
is accessible through the web browser without problem.

For Outlook we only get a login failure. However if we open the browser
first and go to the site then Outlook can login.

Can anyone tell me how to ensure Outlook will login without the need to open
the browser?

Have you installed SP1 for Project Server?

Are you using AD or Forms authentication for Project Server?

Yes.

AD authentication.
