What causes the light blue bar on the far right the toolbar/restore bar? I
get this on e-mails I open. This would be a lot easier to explain with a
picture. It's about 1/8" wide, all the way to the far right the width of the
toolbar pluse the restore bar, and slightly covers the "X" in the corner.
If I double-click the top bar to restore up/restore down (been doing that
since Windows 3.1), the bar disappears, and will stay gone on other e-mails I
open. Then when I shut down the Outlook and then restart it, it happens
again.
It’s a bit annoying since I’m used to just sliding the mouse to the far
right side and hitting the “X†to close the message (don’t usually have to
look at where the mouse is when I do this since I know how far to move the
mouse to get it there), but with that bar in the way the mouse pointer
doesn’t click on it.
This an option that accidently got checked or a registry setting?
