Outlook Question

Okay, I've got a problem. When I open a new message in Outlook Office XP, and then select "To", a message box appears entitled "Select Names". There is also an empty box in which to "Type Name or Select From List". The problem is that the names are all First name, then last name. I would like Last name first. How do you change this? I've already gone to options and can't find any way to do this. If you could shoot me the answer to (e-mail address removed) I'd really appreciate it. Thank you

it depend on you actually. i believe that you use outlook address book or
contact as your address book. like me, i use contact. then, i can change the
setting at "file as" column. i also change the default at "display as" too.
