Check the Add Ins that are installed. I would disable them, then add them
back one at a time but test inbetween each.

And how do I do that?

The information is available in the help files under "addins".

Hi there,

I am having the same problem. I think it all started when I removed AVG 8.0
from my computer. At that point, everything went sour. I started to receive
"Business Contact Manager" error messages (like 10 of them at a time) while
viewing my email using Outlook 2007. One day I opened my computer and there
it was: blue screen (something about the hive). Using a different computer I
found some help on the Internet. The procedure allowed me to manually
rollback to a previous restore point. At that time, Outlook 2007 was no
longer able to read email. I tried repairing Office 2007 and changing the
Extend.dat file to Extend.dat.old; nothing works. I still can't read my
emails. All addins are turned off. I'm using a Dell Inspiron 6400 with Win XP
(with all the latest updates) and Small Business Office 2007. At this point,
any help will do!

Thanks in advance for your help,

Jonathan
