Outlook randomly shuts down

I am using Outlook 2003. It randomly shuts down on me mutliple times a day.
Any advice on what my issue might be. No error code just a message box that
says that Outlook has encountered a problem and must shut down. Then it
shuts down and restarts. PLEASE HELP>>>>>> Thanks.
