Greetings,
We've run into a situation involving the Outlook rebasing tool. It
identified a recurring appointment on a user's calendar and rebased it,
sending updates to all attendees. The appointment was set up in January 2005
without an end date. The user of the calendar was NOT aware that the
appointment was present, because it is not showing up on her calendar at the
time that it would have been scheduled to occur. Is this a glitch in the
calendar view, or does Outlook somehow stop showing infinite appointments
after a period of time? The rebaser did its job, but I'm wondering if it's
exposing a bug or known issue with the calendar. Any insight would be
appreciated.
Thanks,
Doug
