When I attempt to send an e-mail message to a specific account in Europe I
received the following message:
550 [PERMFAIL] destination not valid within DNS
I can send e-mail to this account using Hotmail or MSN with no trouble at
all; however when I attempt to use my Comcast account and Microsoft Outlook
(2003)I receive this message. This error started approximately 2 months ago
and seems to be prevalent about 95% of the time. Prior to this time I had no
problem communicating with this supplier.
There will be times when you message does go through; however, this is
extremely rare.
I have created a new profile in Microsoft Outlook and imported my PST file
to that with no success. I have imported my address book into my Comcast
account and have turned off all filtering on my Comcast account as well.
(Comcast refuses to support Microsoft outlook thus I can get no help from
them)
I have shut down all of my firewalls, spam blockers, and antivirus with no
success.
Any recommendations would certainly be appreciated.
