Outlook record the step I take getting to the user template?

I'd like to record the steps it takes to get through the menus to the user
forms template. How can I do that not knowing the programing language? We
used to be able to turn on "record macro" and then click through the steps,
stop the recording and the macro could be used anytime.

How can I do it now?
