Outlook recurring appointments accurately save through icalendar

When sending an icalendar appointment that reccures the receiver does not get
an accurate recurrence. For instance an appt. that reccures the third Friday
of each month and emailed with icalendar will appear to the receiver as an
appt. that reccures every Friday.

Check your time and time zone settings on both machines in OUtlook and
Control Panel.
