Outlook Redemption causes OCVExtn.dll plug-in error

When I try to iterate through my Outlook Inbox using Redemption,
Outlook displays the following error in a message box:

"The add-in "C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\OCVExtn.DLL" could not be installed or
loaded. The problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the
Help menu."

This only happens when I have several hundred emails in my inbox. I
assume that this dll is somehow related to Redemption. Is that true?
Are there any work-arounds to avoid this error message?

Also, I just installed OutlookSpy, and when I iterate through my inbox,
the same error message appears regarding OutSpy.dll.
