Outlook Reminder Won't Stop

I have an Outlook 2007 (Vista) calendar reminder that won't stop popping up.
I have tried "cleaning" Outlook of the reminder. That doesn't stop it. When I
go into MFCMAPI editor and try to delete it, it won't delete. Any
suggestions??
