Outlook Reminders and hangup

As only I start doing something in my Outlook I'm getting a blank
popup window titled Reminders 1 and in the taskbar there are a few
more of them. As I close it Outlook closes with an error message
saying there was some problem with
.... \WeRb3bc.dir00\outlook.exe.mdmp
.... \WeRb3bc.dir00\appcompat.txt

In the message that the application wants to send to microsoft I've
found something about hang module hangup at addresss 0x000000.

Any idea what can be the problem?
