Outlook Reminders have disappeared

Hello,

I have a user who was getting an error message from outlook in regards
to her reminders. one of our technicians disabled her reminders so she
could use outlook and then the ticket was sent to me. I ran the
outlook.exe /cleanreminders /resetfolders command and the error went
away. However, now all her previous reminders do not show up at all.
Any new reminder i create will work. How do i get her previously
inputted reminders to process again?
