Outlook reminders make no sound

Outlook reminders don't make any sound, even though the settings show that
they should play the "reminder.wav" sound. I have enabled the "Provide
feedback with sound". I have also installed the Office Sounds. Also, under
the Reminder Options, the "Display the reminder" and "Play reminder sound"
boxes are checked.
