Outlook Reminders not displaying

Hi all,

We have just upgraded our users from Outlook 2000 to Outlook XP. But now
most of our users aren' receiving the popup reminders from their calendar..

I have run outlook /cleanreminders with no joy & looked through the
knowledge base (this happens all the time, not jus the first time it's run
after the upgrade).

We're running Outlook 2002 SP2, Exchange 2000 SP3 and the affected users are
running Via Citrix Metaframe XPa FR3 on Windows 2000 SP2

Any help appreciated
