Does anyone know if newer versions of outlook than Outlook 2002 are more
closely integrated with public folder calendars at all?
For instance, we have public calendars set up but have to use 3rd party
add-in to actually use reminders with it because Outlook does not support
public folder calendar reminders.
The other thing that does not work is that Outlook will not tally the
accepted and declined if you pull up a public calendar entry and invite
attendees. When you receive accepted and declines back - no tallying is
done - meaning you have to keep track of this yourself.
I am hoping that more recent versions of Outlook might integrate public
folders such that the same can be done with them as the regular default
calendar.
Thanks, Brad
