Outlook replay messages seen as spam

When I reply to an email Outlook is detecting my reply as spam and blocking
it....how do I correct this?

Outlook doesn't block any outgoing email. It could only be filtered by the
recipient or be rejected by your ISP.
Without any details, it is impossible to suggest a fix.
