I've never seen this before and can't seem to find anything about it:
I have a user whose font color changes on every reply to an email. He is
using Outlook 2003 connecting to an exchange server. I have checked the font
and color settings for new and reply/forward messages and they are both the
same (10pt Arial in blue). When he sends an email the text starts out black.
On the first reply it is blue, second reply is magenta, then dark green,
then dark yellow, then hunter green. I am at a loss.
I'm pretty sure I could recreate his profile on the machine (rename his user
folder and have him log back in) and it would fix the problem, but I want to
know what is causing it in case it happens in the future.
Any ideas?
