Outlook Reply sends messages to printer

Hi,

I am having a strange issue. when I click Reply button for a message, the
message
is sent to print queue. This occurs randomly. and there is no dialog shows
to confirm. The message is printing in full html format. Did anyone come
across this kind of issue?

Outlook Verison: 2003.
No Addins installed. No VBA Code.
No Rules setup.
