Outlook reply to sender gives garbled text, . . .

Hello,

We recently reimaged some users. Some are experiencing a
problem with Outlook 2000 on W2K OS, when they reply to
sender, the header information is showing up as squares
across the top of the replying email. Strange that it
happens on some and not on others. Any help would greatly
be appreciated. - Jess
