Outlook Resend message procedure.

In Outlook when I go to Resend a message. I select the message in the “Sent
Items†folder†go to the Actions menu as per-help instructions, but there is
now “Resend Message†Item on the menu or in any submenu. What am I doing
wrong?

Related question as I have never resent a message in the manner, usually
just copy contains of send message to new blank message and send it, but
thought it was about I learned to do it correctly. When doing “Resend
Message†correctly can you a new header note to the message before its sent?

You have to open the message - then you will find "Resend" on the Actions
menu.
