Outlook 'Retrieving all messeges' and I don't want it to.

I found out that the Tools > Synchronize > 1: Mail and Calendar doesn'
suffer from the same problem.

Heck I would be happy with a button on the Toolbar that just sets of
the shortcut "F9" except I don't know how to write the macros in VB

Why would you be downloading anything from an Exchange server?

Why not just press F9, then, since that's no more difficult than clicking a
button?
