Outlook Rule for Email Replies

Greetings,
I have several email aliases e.g. (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed) forwarding email to account (e-mail address removed).
If I reply to an email sent to an alias like (e-mail address removed), by outlook account setup, (e-mail address removed) is the default Sent From and Reply To addresses for the reply I send.

What is the best way to automatically modify the Sent From and Reply To address on the reply email such that the Sent From and Reply To email addresses are the aliases instead of my email account.

Can I use a rule? Will I need to write a macro of some type? I hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance !!!

I'm not exactly clear what you mean, so I'll say:
(e-mail address removed) is a POP mail account.
(e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed) are aliases that forward email to
(e-mail address removed)
I check (e-mail address removed) using outlook 2003

The best way to modify the sender address is to create a separate account
for each address and then choose the proper account with the Accounts button
when replying. The reply-to address isn't a factor at all.

Yes, that answers it

You should then configure an account for each alias and configure these
accounts not to receive e-mails as you already collect them through another
account. You can then use the Accounts button to select which account you
want to use. To exclude the accounts from receiving you can go to;
Tool-> Options-> tab Mail Setup-> button Send/Receive-> button Edit...
