I am attempting to delete some Spam messages sent in HTML
mail using the mail wizard, however I have come up against
two problems.
1: The words in the message have been 'munged' by adding
garbage in the HTML code for instance HE<fgdt>LLO.
This 'munge appears to change each time. The bit in
brackets does not show and if I put the text 'HELLO' in
the wizard the rule fails to recognise the message as SPAM
making me think it looks at the source (HTML Mail) message
not the displayed version.
2: I have tried putting the 'reply to' URL which is in
brackets in the HTNL mail code but the outlook rule
appears to ignore this.
Q1: Do outlook rules look at the source or the displayed
message ?
Q2: Assuming they look at the source do they look at the
text inside brackets ?
