Outlook rule with redirect generates error

I have Outlook 2007 running against Small Business Server 2003.

I want to create a rule that redirects all mail matching a subject line
keyword to another mailbox, but when the rule is triggered (note I am NOT
using 'Run rules now') I get the following error:

'The redirect action is not currently supported with run rules now.'

I have Google'd on this error and found quite a few reports of the problem
and none of them have a solution. Can anyone enlighten me?
