outlook rules - deactivated could not be uploaded insufficient space to store

when i use the rules create module in outlook, the system
tells me that one or more rules could not be uploaded to
the exchange server and have been deactivated. This could
be becasue some of the parameters are not supported or
there is insufficient space to store all the rules.

There is a 32k limit for Rules when an Exchange server is involved, this
limit isn't configurable and is an Exchange limitation
