Outlook rules error

We have a user that when she opens Outlook she receives an
error meesage saying - Server-Requested Client Action
MoveCopy, Unable to create dest msg.
I have removed all rules from her Outlook client but the
error still appears when she opens outlook
Exchange 2003
Outlook XP
