Outlook rules

Okay I have a question and I have been working on it for 1
week and still can't figure it out. Here is what I'm
trying to do.

I want outlook to run a rule that when I get a message
from person A, it send's an new e-mail to a diffrent
address. Like if I get message from person A, then
outlook will run a rule to send a new message with a
definded message to a spcific e-mail address. What I want
to do is, when I get a e-mail from the director I want it
to sent a SMS to my cell phone so I know to check my e-
mail ASAP.

Any help would be greatful
