Outlook - Runtime error causes termination in unusual way

Hello. Have not had any luck with previous solutions to this problem. I
don't have any problems with other Office programs, but Outlook 2003 will not
open. I get this message: This application has caused runtime to terminate
in an unusual way.

I have done reinstall, repair, even an upgrade to 07, but nothing works...it
won't open. I do not have Norton, so that's not it...and I re-enabled
Plaxo...but nothing there either. Please help...I hate outlook express!
