outlook safe mode problem on terminal server and on normalworkstations

Dear Reader,

I have a problem with Outlook 2003. many times user get the message
"outlook want to start on safe mode" on the Terminal Server I fix it
with deletting a registery key, but I have also this problem on normal
workstation on the same netwerk.

Have someone any idea?
