Outlook Save As Messages

Hi guys,
Do you of any fast shortcut (for Save as) or a Macro? I work in a NG
due to the Haiti crisis we recive like 500 emails at day. I have to sav
each one that says Donations (not all emails says donation).

I would like to know if i can select a bunch of emails and save the
all at once in my disk location and not having to be one by one.

Create a rule to move all messages with the word "donation" to a specific
folder. Then open that folder and drag and drop all messages to your
desktop where you have created a folder for these items. They will be saved
as .msg files.

Thanks for the Info Milly, but I need to save the messages in .htm
format. That is what the NGO is asking me to do for some reason the
need to have each message as individual and not like an .msg file.

I hope that will save as .html. I don't have an Outlook here now.
