Outlook says OLMAPI32.dll is missing

PC is on a small network. I recently tried to upgrade from my C drive using
my Microsoft office Professional 2007 cd. Now, when I go to Outlook2007 I get
a message saying that my OLMAPI32.dll is missing. I tried to run the fix MAPI
in windows/system32....but nothing happens when I click on it. I have a
feeling there's something going on with Outlook 2003 residing on the server
and not my C drive??? I don't have the microsoft office that had the 2003
Outlook on it anywhere. All I could find was a previous 2000 version of
Microsoft Professional.

This drive was a mess when I came on. There's an important database using
2000, Word and Excel using 2003, no powerpoint, and I believe Outlook was
2003.

Now I have no email program!!! Please help ASAP.
