I have a user who is having repetitive issues being able to see
scheduling for 2 of his employee's when setting up a meeting. on Fri,
12/9, he attempted to setup a meeting with 5 others attendees, 2 of
which showed " \ \ \" (no information) for the whole length of their
visable schedule (in this case from 8:00 a.m. on Wed. 12/12 to 5:00
p.m. on 12/13. I was tasked with assisting in resolving this issue so
when I went to his desk this morning, (12/10, approx. 9:00 a.m. and
had him setup a dummy meeting with the 2 users whose schedules he was
not able to see, their schedules did not show the "\ \ \" lines. I
viewed their Free/Busy scheduling, and both have settings at publish 2
months in advance and update free/busy every 15 minutes. We are using
MS Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Professional. Even though the issue has
resolved itself, it does reoccur and would like to find a permanent
fix to the problem. Any suggestions?
