Hello,
Running Office 2007 on Windows Vista Ultimate. Both English versions,
though Office has a Dutch language pack installed (a.o. to have Dutch
spell checking available).
In my Windows event viewer, I see numerous errors with Event ID 36, and
Outlook as the source. It says that outlook search encountered an error
and has temporarily disabled the indexing of <name of the affected .PST
file>. It also gives an error number: 0x00000001.
As a result, I cannot search for "related items", for instance to find
my replies to messages I received, or messages I have forwarded.
Outlook gives the related info (e.g. "You replied on..."), but when I
click and choose "find related messages", it finds nothing.
The error message in the Vista event log is in Dutch, which makes me
wonder if it has anything to do with the language pack.
Before I try uninstalling the language pack, can anyone offer any help?
Is there a way to get rid of this error and get the affected .PST
indexed again? Maybe I can somehow "reset" the indexing and get it done
from scratch again?
Thanks!
