I'm a new user of Outlook 2007 and am very disappointed in the embeded search
function. I can do a very narrow search limited to one specific folder (but
which will not search sub-folders), or I can search the whole universe of
every single folder and sub-folder in every open PST file in my mailbox.
There doesn't seem to be any choice other than very narrow or extremely broad.
In Outlook 2003, the Advanced Find feature would search a folder and every
one of its sub-folders, but I can't make Advanced Find do the same thing in
Outlook 2007. I have a very large and heavily sub-divided network of e-mail
folders - having to search one folder at a time is just not going to work.
Any suggestions?
