Hi,
I'm running Windows Vista x64 and did a clean install. I also installed all
updates. I then installed MS Office Professional 2007, and updated again.
Now, I'm having a problem searching. I found several hits on google but no
solution. Basically, the indexing never completes and searches in OL don't
find any hits. In the event log I see the following warning:
Outlook Search has encountered an error and is temporarily disabling
indexing for store C:\Users\Michael
Gerbasio\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst (error=0x80040813).
I ran scanpst on the files but that didn't fix it although it did report and
repair errors. I'm also seeing another warning:
The content source <mapi://{s-1-5-21-2765244335-237215592-875173464-1000}/>
cannot be accessed.
but couldn't find anything on google.
Any idea how I can fix this problem?
Regards-Michael G.
