Outlook Secure Temp Folder

Several of my users consistently open documents and save them in their
Outlook Secure Temp Folder. I'd like to be able to programmatically change
the location of the folder to their home directory, preferably through group
policy. If I cannot do it through group policy, even a registry change might
be preferable to the current system.

Any ideas?
