Is there a way to keep my outlook data base for my eyes only? I don't want to
allow others to have access to my info such as emails and calendar.

TC answered this most eloquently the first time you asked.

Peter, I'll try once more, since you are presumeably sincere in wanting
some help, and not just trying to troll this group.

ONE, this newsgroup is for Microsof Access, the database product. It is
NOT the place for questions about Microsoft Outlook. Please try posting
your question in a more approprate group - for example,
http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.outlook

TWO, we readers don't have E.S.P. For example, we don't know what
version of Outlook you're using, or what version of Windows. People
might /need/ that information, before they can answer your question. If
you can't be bohered to tell the readers that, why should they be
bothered to answer?

The newsgroups are an enormously useful source of information & help.
But they are not populated by magic wizards with E.S.P., and video
links to your PC! You must put all the relevant information into your
post.

Please DO NOT reply to this. Instead, take what I have said on board,
add the missing information to your question and re-post it to the
group I suggested. Im sure that you will get help there.

HTH,
TC
