outlook security help

I work for a credit union that has a program that will email members when
they are over drawn. This program uses outlook 2003 to automatically send
these emails. The problem is that when this program tries to do this outlook
prompts the user to click ok to allow all of these emails to go out. How can
I disable this feature. I had a program that would automatically click ok
when the message would pop up but i no longer have this program.

See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/sec.htm for your options with regard to the "object model guard" security in Outlook 2000 SP2 and later versions. The program you're referring to is probably Express ClickYes. Using it exposes your system to exploitation by any virus or worm that comes along and wants to harvest your addresses.
