Outlook security message

Hi,

I hope some one might be able to help me.

I am using an ERP product from Microsoft called Ax. Ax uses MAPI to
integrate with MS Outlook. This way I can email reports from within Ax. So
far fine. But whenver Ax tries to send report though Outlook, I get the
following security message -
.......................................
A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook.
Do you want to allow this?".
.......................................

In some of my projects I had used a small tool called 'ClickYes'. But the
current client is not willing to install this tool. Is there any way I can
prevent this message popping up at all please?

Other than something like ClickYes the original app would have to be
rewritten to properly handle Outlook security, which has been there since
Outlook 2000 SP2.
