outlook security passwords

Can anyone tell me if i can put a password on Outlook to
stop anyone from accessing it directly from my PC. As it
is now, anyone who is sitting at my desk can open my
Outlook.

On Outlook Express it can be done..but i just changed back
to Outlook and not sure how or what to do to accomplish
this.
