Outlook Security Settings with Outlook 2003 SP2...

hi all,

I have a test enivornment that is using and Outlook Security Settings
with Outlook 2003, and all my policies work fine. I can even use
regmon to verify that outlook is reading the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Security registry key.

Howevr in production, I am using Outlook 2003 SP2, and using regmon,
outlook never checks the registy key. Any suggestions?

Another question I have, is I can't click on the Close button in
production, however I can in my test enviroment.
