Outlook Security Update question

I recently patched my office 2000 with all the updates
recommended through office update. I use a program called
Track-It that access the contacts from Outlook. Everytime
I send an email (from Track-It) it prompts me with the
message "A program is trying to access your email
addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to
allow this?" It's only a minor annoyance, and I can get
thru by clicking yes. However, I'd like to somehow
disable it or allow programs I specify access to my
contacts. Is there any way that this is possible without
reverting back to a previous patch?

Unfortunately, no. Check with the manufacturer of Track-It to see if
they have an update to their product which gets around the security
prompt. If not, your only other option would be to use a 3rd party
program like Express ClickYes to click the button on that prompt for
you, so you don't have to babysit the operation. See the following page
