Outlook. Select Names dialog in e-mail. Only want to see SMTP

How can I configure the "Select Names" dialog box to only show the SMTP
entries? The other entries are not useful for sending e-mail.

You can't. By design, all electronic addresses appear in the Outlook Address
Book view.
