Hello and TIA for your help. Getting a solution here will save me a LOT of
time because I reply to hundreds of emails every day!
I have multiple email accounts set up in Tools -> Account Settings -> Email
tab. I have DEFINITELY marked AccountA as the default send-from account. In
other words, on this Email tab, under the Type column, "POP/SMTP (send from
this account by default)" appears to the right of AccountA.
Problem: When I reply to any email message, the send-from account that is
selected is AccountB not AccountA. In the reply message window, I can click
on the "Account" button under the "Send" button and select AccountA, but
AccountB has the yellow check to its left. It should be AccountA!
How can I get Outlook to use the default account setting correctly?
