I'm using Outlook 2007 and recently had to reinstall everything after a hard
drive crash. I'm trying to get my mail to behave as it used to but I'm
missing something . . . .
I like to defer sending mail by 10 minutes; however I also used to be able
to click send/receive and that would immediately send all mail in the outbox
(on those occasions I wanted to send something immediately and not wait the
10 minutes).
I set up my 10-minute rule as before. But now when I click send/receive,
the mail in my outbox just sits there until it's automatically sent 10
minutes after I wrote it. If I want to send something immediately, I have to
delete the rule, delete the email and re-write. Then when I click send it
does send immediately. (Just deleting the rule and then clicking
send/receive still doesn't empty the outbox!)
Any suggestions?
Thank you.
