Outlook-send e-letter & pics in message not as an attachment?

Hi
I would like to send out an email newsletter including images and links as
part of the email message, not as a separate attachment.

I am not sure what is the best way to go about creating the newsletter, so
that it appears as part of the message.

This will be an ongoing newsletter,to be updated monthly.
