outlook send out mail 5 time to each person

Hi I am new to 2007 office I do not know why outlook some times send the same
message 5 times to each person

Do you use an intergrated Anti Virus tool?
If so the first step would be to uninstall any AV, reboot & retest
Though you could first try ammending any auto send/receive setting to 10
mins
