Outlook Send/Receive Error - Object Could Not Be Found"

I recently upgraded to Outlook 07 (Win XP). The only way I can send/receive
messages is to exit the program and open it again. If I use the
"Send/Receive" command on the File Menu, I get an error: "The Operation
Failed. An Object Could Not be Found." I ran MS diagnostics and
re-installed Office Pro 07 in order to repair any faulty installation files.
Error still persists. Any ideas anyone?
